High Country Salmon is a boutique, 100% NZ family owned farm floating on the glacial waters of Wairepo Arm in the beautiful Mackenzie District.
Salmon Shop: brand new, with a wonderful range of fresh, smoked & cured salmon, deli foods and condiments, kitchenware, and merchandise. We offer complimentary packaging with ice to keep your salmon cool if you are travelling.
Cafe: a mouthwatering selection of ready-to-eat foods including sashimi & sushi, or order off our breakfast or all-day menus. Fish Feeding: free, and available all day, every day.
