The large kitchen overlooks the first living area, including the dining space, heated by a log burner and heat pump for all-year comfort. A separate living area alongside features a cosy gas fireplace. Both rooms fully open to the outdoors via bi-fold doors to the lawn, flowing down to the jetty and canal. With all-day sun, you can relax and watch the kids swim and kayak from the spacious decking and seating area or pull your boat or jet ski up directly outside the home. The third living space is set up as a theatre room. Additionally, there is a laundry, main bathroom, and two double bedrooms on the main lower floor. Upstairs, are the remaining four spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The master suite also has it's own spacious ensuite.
