Accommodation Cancellation Policy: 7-14 days prior to arrival - 1st night charged Within 7 days prior to arrival all nights will be charged @ rates as follows: - 3-7 days prior to booking start date - 50% of full rate - 24-48 hours prior to booking start date -100% of full rate Groups of 8 or more - 50% deposit required Confirmation of numbers 2 weeks in advance after which standard cancellation policy applies. $500 cash bond may be required at Manager's discretion.
