All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking. Children are welcome.Children under 1 are free of charge.Children above the age of 1 are charged full rate. All bookings are subject to a minimum two night stay. Rates are seasonal and vary at different times of the year. All rates advertised online are in New Zealand dollars including GST of 15%.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.For reservations between 15 December and 15 January: Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.
