Bookings cancelled more than 48hrs prior to arrival date will not attract a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 48hrs of arrival will attract a cancellation fee equivalent of one night's accommodation tariff and no shows will attract full payment of original reservation. Special events will attract a modified cancellation policy which will be clearly communicated on point of reservation.
