Individual (non group) cancellations made within 7 days of the check in date are liable for 100% or the room rate for those nights accommodation affected. If the room can be resold only a $20 cancellation fee will apply to each room night cancelled. During periods of heavy demand (special events, public holidays, Christmas/New Year period etc.) both individual and group reservations may also require a non refundable deposit and/or a longer cancellation period.
